For more than 10 years, every day our Chef Maddalena and Erena, the owner, have been preparing traditional Italian, Tuscan and local dishes with dedication and refinement. With every mouthful you will feel nourished thanks to the quality and authenticity of the ingredients carefully chosen from local markets whenever possible. Some of our must-haves? Bavette alla trabaccolara, risotto alla pescatora, cacciucco alla viareggina among the first courses; swordfish alla niçoise and grouper in salt among the second courses.

Every morning, from 8.00 am, the smell of coffee and fresh sweet and savoury products from the buffet will lead you to a sweet awakening, giving you all the energy you need to face the new day.

Much appreciated by guests, the breakfast at the Hotel Liù is plentiful and made from high quality fresh ingredients. Sweet and savoury, with various types of fragrant breads and freshly baked croissants, cold meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, tarts, cakes and homemade sweets, always from our pastry chef Maddalena. The most popular? The apple pie. Gluten-free breakfast also available.

We offer a pet-friendly hotel and beach service: we are ready to welcome your four-legged friend and show you where to book a place on the beach for you and the whole family. We have agreements with some beach-clubs who, like us, are happy to welcome your furry friends. If you want a solution with the beach included, please contact us. And because our animal friends are part of the family and we care about their health, there is a 24-hour veterinary clinic close to the hotel.

Free parking is available inside the Hotel Liù, with limited spaces. In order not to create inequality among our guests, we do not reserve spaces, but in the adjacent streets you can park for free.

When you come back from the beach feeling hot or when you are waiting for dinner in our restaurant, what could be better than a refreshing cocktail or a tasty aperitif to whet your appetite? You sit in the shade of the gazebos in the garden, and enjoy the drinks that our barman will prepare for you at the in-house bar.

Did you know that the whole Versilia is connected by a 15 kms cycle path that links Lido di Camaiore to Viareggio, Marina di Pietrasanta to Forte dei Marmi and beyond? You can rent a bike here with us and take the opportunity for a bike ride along the seafront, but also just to go to the beach or do some shopping.

Hotel Liù is also a bike-friendly hotel! If you are an amateur cyclist or even a professional, with us you will have a rack to keep your bicycle safe, because we know how much you love it… and even a small workshop. We are not responsible for any damage or theft.

There are plenty of itineraries, you can even follow those of the Tirreno-Adriatica; Lido di Camaiore and the whole Versilia are one of the main stages, and for six years now the Tour has been staying here during the competition.

Check-in is from 13.00 and check-out by 10.30, but if you arrive earlier, or after check-out you want to take advantage of the whole day to spend on the beach of Lido di Camaiore, go easy and leave your luggage with us, we will take care of it until your return, offering you our luggage storage service.

And if you are late in the evening, or have any need during the night, don't worry, the night porter is always available at reception.
